A.C.Melivoias Group Farmers – Greece

 

The agricultural cooperative of Meloivia was created in October 2016 in order to produce, package, standardize and promote commonly the main local productions of the region of Meloivia, on the slope of the Olympus-Kissavo mountains (region of Thessaly, Greece): chestnut, cherry and apple. The Cooperative has 50 founding members in the area. In 2019, the cultivated areas were 65 hectares of chestnuts, 20 hectares of cherries and 30 hectares of apples.
